I bought this bra alongside the underwired version, for days when my breasts were feeling a little more tender. I purchased in my usual size, 32F, and it gives great support for all my sports: Kung Fu, Zumba and Ashtanga Yoga. It's fantastic! I must confess to wearing it generally as an everyday bra, as it is so comfortable!
