The waist slimmer is most definitely my favourite item from the Plie range. It looks like the most uncomfortable thing that you will wear in your life but it is the exact opposite!! Its soooo comfortable and I don't feel like I have to hold my breath in all day which brings me to my next point- you can actually breath when wearing one. I absolutely recommend these for any lady who needs a bit of a nip tuck but cant afford plastic surgery and is to busy to go to the gym.
