I usually wear a 30FF but a 28FF fitted on the tightest hook so I would suggest going down a back size in this bra. I wasn't sure if it was big enough in the cup but looks very nice overall. The straps are a bit wide to show in this size but I like the olive colour of the bra. Quite similar to Tizzy, Sassy, Tigerlilly and probably other Freya styles.
