It is recommended that you read the following carefully before placing your order. In using the Uplifted Lingerie website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below.

Once you place an order to purchase a product from upliftedlingerie.co.uk, you will receive an email confirmation & receipt of your order, containing the details of your order. This is a contract between you and Uplifted Lingerie Limited for the purchase of products and will be in effect once we have confirmed your order via email. This contract will be set in place and concluded at the time and date of sending a ‘Dispatch’ email, regardless of whether for reasons outside of our control, you have not received that email.
Uplifted Lingerie Limited reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be communicated and without charge to you.
The contract of order shall be deemed to have been conducted in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by the laws of England, Scotland and Wales.

Uplifted Lingerie is the trading name of Uplifted Lingerie Limited.

Uplifted Lingerie Limited is committed to maintaining your privacy. All information collected will be used to process orders and to keep you updated with changes to Uplifted Lingerie. If you agree to, we will send you Offers and Promotions via email. You are able to unsubscribe to any ‘opt in’ communications at any point.
Please ensure that the details you provide to us are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to your information provided. In using the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password details, for restricting access to your computer and to prevent unauthorised access to your account. Please inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner. Any data collected will never be passed on to third parties.

Our aim is to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt and credit card authorisation. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavour to make contact within 24 hours. All timescales exclude weekends where orders are normally despatched on the following Monday.

Unfortunately we are UNABLE to refund any opened knickers.  All other goods must be returned with all labels intact and all garments should be in a proper re-saleable condition* with a completed & printed out returns/exchange docket, found on the Uplifted Lingerie website. If you are unable to print out the following form please write down on a separate piece of paper your Name: Order Number: The item you are returning and the reason you are returning it.  If you would like an exchange please advise of the exchange you would like. Please note that you would be liable for the postage costs of returning unwanted items back to us.

Please fill out a returns/exchange docket (found on the Uplifted Lingerie website, within your personal profile) and enclose with your original order. Note that postage will need to be paid for. Please ensure sufficient postage in on your envelope and remember to obtain proof of postage from your Post Office.

Note that we will not offer a refund or exchange for products found to be returned in un-saleable condition: used, fragranced, tags or labels removed, washed, stained or damaged.
You will be informed through the website and the confirmation email of any products that are not eligible for a refund. (For example; promotional lines or clearance sales)
We will of course make a full refund if the product is faulty.* We do not accept claims of faulty items after the 30 day returns period.
(*This does not affect your statutory rights.)

 

Uplifted Lingerie Limited cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with contracted obligations under conditions of force majeure if failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. Neither Party shall have liability to the other Party of their obligations under this agreement if prevented or hindered due to any circumstances outside its reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

You can cancel the order contract between Uplifted Lingerie Limited and yourself upon giving written notice to Uplifted Lingerie Limited within 7 days from the date of contract. If you cancel within this time you will be refunded all payments related to this contract in full. You will be required to return all products sent from Uplifted Lingerie Limited to you, in accordance to any contract you have cancelled. The products must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging before a refund is issued.

Payment for your selected goods can be made using all major credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo, Electron & American Express). We do not charge your credit card until goods have been confirmed and ready to leave our warehouse. We do accept cheques made payable to ‘Uplifted Lingerie’ however this will result in delayed delivery times.
All orders are charged in pounds sterling. In using a credit/debit card registered overseas, your total payable will be determined by the card issuer, based on the exchange rate at the time of being charged. Please be aware that your card issuer may also charge a fee for currency conversion. Secure servers offer upliftedlingerie.co.uk customers the highest level of security when entering credit card details over the Internet. The SSL for Uplifted Lingerie Limited is held and operated through Webthinking.com. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus postage and packing charges where applicable. All credit/debit card purchases are subject to standard validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card’s issuer. Any refusal by the issuer to authorise the payment to us, for whatever reason, will not render Uplifted Lingerie Limited liable for any delay or non-delivery. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. In instances where the product has already been dispatched we will arrange collection from the original address free of charge.

All prices shown on the upliftedlingerie.co.uk website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate, and are correct at time of entering information to the site. VAT will always be included on all goods sent to addresses within and outside of the EU. Although goods sent to certain addresses within & all outside the EU are not subject to VAT; UK, International and European customers will pay the same price inclusive of VAT, stated within the website. Prices are 'sold as seen' and VAT will not be deducted off orders.

Information for products sold by us on the website is included on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise through the website, we cannot be more specific about product information nor availability. Please note that delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by email or telephone if any products you order turn out to be unavailable or shipment times are to be abnormally affected.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of products may become mis-priced. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and continue send you the product. This will be stated in your order confirmation email. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

When ordering goods for delivery overseas the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information. Please note that when ordering from upliftedlingerie.co.uk, the recipient is considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received. In the interest of privacy, please note that international customers are to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

You may on occasion receive discount or promotional codes from us by e-mail or post. Each code is personal to the recipient and is not transferable, has no monetary value and under no circumstances can it be converted into currency. Each code has an expiry date.
Codes cannot be split into smaller values. The use of a code requires the total value of the order (excluding delivery costs) to be equal to or higher than the monetary value of the discount given by the code. Codes are not valid on previous purchases. Only one coupon code can be used per order. Some discount codes may specify a minimum spend in order to be used. In this case, the monetary value of the order (excluding delivery costs) has to be equal to or higher than the minimum spend. Under no circumstances can the value of a discount code be deducted from an order if that code is defective or out of date: no replacement code will be issued.
The discount code will be applied and deducted from the value of the order at the end of payment process. When placing an order using a discount code and that order contains a number of items, the value of the discount is spread over each item according to the pro-rated value of that item - Any refund of an item bought in such an order will be reduced by the value of discount attached to item.
Only one discount voucher can be used per order. Items on sale or promotion within the website are fixed and sold at their displayed price and cannot have an additional discount code applied to those items unless stated in term's with the specific discount voucher.
Uplifted Lingerie Ltd reserve the right to cancel any discount code/voucher/sale or promotion at any time, without notice and at their discretion.

The Uplifted Lingerie Outlet Store offers discounted/stock clearance/discontinued/overstock & promotional sales of lingerie products. The products within may be changed or removed at any time without notice. Pricing of items is at the discretion of Uplifted Lingerie. All existing & future discount codes or promotional codes will not be valid within the Outlet Store; unless a code or promotion specifically states they can be applied on products within the Outlet Store. (See ‘Discount Codes’ for further information on terms.) Listing of all items within and sizes available is specific to the Outlet Store. Product, sizing, colours, and pricing (not exhaustive nor withstanding) is not transferable nor applicable to the main website shop www.upliftedlingerie.co.uk . In the instance of limited supply of outlet stock items or when multiples of same product ordered beyond stock availability: Uplifted Lingerie will only supply & ship available stock allocated to the Outlet Store. Uplifted Lingerie can remove unavailable items within orders without notice and is not required to supply out of stock items. Any product, including all item sizes and colours within the Uplifted Outlet Store can only be exchanged for Outlet items or be refunded. Items are ‘sold as seen’ and sales transaction is final. This does not affect your statutory rights and any item found to be faulty within the 30 days returns & warranty period can be returned for inspection; and either refunded or resupplied.

Successful and validated referral of friends (and family) by you may entitle said parties to a welcoming discount code, or such other promotion or reward as advised by us. A successful and validated referral will adhere to the following procedure:

The 'friend' must not already be registered with us and will be required to order from upliftedlingerie.co.uk, using the email address supplied. We will send an initial email to your friend but we will not send any further emails without their consent. Please obtain your friend’s consent before sending us their details and note that if asked, we will tell your friend who introduced them. Subject to successful registration of your friend (using the email address you supply), you and your friend will receive a discount code. Introductory discount codes will only be valid for six (6) months from the date that the code is mailed.

We reserve the right not to issue discount codes where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that there is an abuse of the referral scheme. Any abuse of vouchers can be stopped with immediate effect by cancelling all discount codes or issued vouchers that a customer has received. Uplifted Lingerie Limited reserve the right to refuse any distribution of vouchers to members that have, in the past, abused the scheme in some way.

Whilst every effort has been made on our website to display the colours of the products as accurately as possible, the actual colours you see will depend on your own monitor. We cannot accept responsibility for colour variation caused by computers or web browsers. Please be aware that all items on our site are shown in UK sizes. Upliftedlingerie.co.uk takes care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products on our website are correct at the time of entry. We do not accept liability arising from any inaccuracy or omission within information or the interruption in availability. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly, including pricing and promotional activity. Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods offered on the Uplifted Lingerie website are subject to availability. If an item ordered is out of stock before your order is accepted, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Our website is updated on a regular basis.

Customers are able to submit material to us via this website in order to rate and review products, leave feedback and testimonials. We define the term "user generated material" to mean any material of any kind that you submit to us, including (but not limited to) text, files, images, video or sounds. It does not include any personal information you provide when you place an order or register, or if you change personal information thereafter.
