No Quibble Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your new lingerie. If you need to return a product we will happily exchange the goods or refund your money. Please enclose the reasons for returning the item along with your order number on the printable returns label on our site. If you are unable to print off the returns form you can write the above information directly onto a piece of paper and place this inside your package and return to the returns address below. Please write the Returns Address on the original packaging, enclose the Returns Form and return the goods within 30 days. Please note that you would be liable for the postage costs of returning unwanted items back to us. If you need any advice with products or sizing then please do not hesitate to contact one of our dedicated team through Live Chat or Email and we will do our best to assist you.
We are unable to be held responsible for any goods lost in the post on return, please ensure correct payment for postage and ask your Post Office for a proof of postage certificate when you post the goods.
Things that are not included
- Underwear, knickers and control wear that have been removed from original packaging.
- Any items that have had tags removed.
- Any items that have been found to have been damaged due to machine washing.
Please note: OUTLET-STORE items ARE refundable but if you wish to exchange these for items not in the Outlet you will need to pay the additional cost.
Christmas gifts purchased in December can be returned up to the 15th January.
Valentines gifts purchased in January can be returned up to the end of February.
