We want you to be 100% happy with your new lingerie. If you need to return a product for any reason we will happily exchange the goods until you have the perfect fit or refund your money. Please enclose the reason for returning the item along with your order number by simply filling out the returns form below by clicking on the link. Alternatively, if you do not have access to a printer, you can write out your order details and the reason for your return on a piece of paper. Please return to the address below ensuring that you enclose the returns form or paper along with the goods within 30 days. Please note that you would be liable for the postage costs of returning unwanted items back to us.
Goods must be returned in a resalable condition; unworn, with all original labels attached and in adherence with our Terms & Conditions. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any opened knickers.
We are unable to be held responsible for any goods lost in the post, please ensure correct payment for postage and ask your Post Office for a proof of postage certificate when you post the goods.
