34G Bras

A 34G bra fits a 34 inch underband with a nine inch difference between your underbust and the fullest part of your bust. At 34G you are past the point where most department stores stop, so it pays to buy from brands that grade their cups this far.

Our 34G bras and lingerie come from Freya, Fantasie, Elomi, Panache and Royce. If the band feels loose, your sister size is 32GG. If it feels tight, try 36FF.

Five Brands Cut for a 34G

Freya and Fantasie make the most 34G styles here. Elomi adds plunge and full cup bras built for a fuller figure, Panache brings structured balcony and sports bras, and Royce covers wire-free comfort. Shop Freya, Fantasie and Elomi.

Plunge, Full Cup and Side Support

For a lower neckline, Freya and Elomi lead on plunge bras. For full coverage there are full cup bras from Royce, Fantasie, Triumph and Sculptresse. Fantasie makes most of the side support styles, which bring the bust forward and in.

34G Sports Bras

Freya, Panache and Shock Absorber make 34G sports bras for running and high impact training, with Royce, Elomi and Curvy Kate adding more choice.

Checking Your 34G Fit

Check the fit in front of a mirror. The band should run level, the cups should be smooth with no gaping or spilling, and the centre should touch your breastbone. The bra size calculator and fitting guide take you through each step.
