A 42GG bra fits a 42 inch underband with a ten inch difference between your underbust and the fullest part of your bust. Elomi makes more than half of the 42GG bras here.
Royce, Goddess, Sculptresse, Panache, Fantasie and Curvy Kate add more choice. If the band feels loose, your sister size is 40H. If it feels tight, try 44G.
