30F Bras

A 30F bra fits a 30 inch underband with a seven inch difference between your underbust and the fullest part of your bust. A 30 back is one of the smaller bands made, so the choice is narrower than at a 34 or 36, but every brand that cuts a 30 does so with a firm, well shaped cup.

Our 30F bras come from Freya, Panache, Fantasie and Curvy Kate, in balcony, plunge, t-shirt, non wired and sports styles, all held in UK stock. If the band digs in, your sister size is 32E. If it rides up, 28FF holds the same cup volume on a tighter band.

Brands That Cut a 30 Back

At Uplifted Lingerie the 30F bras we carry come from the brands that start their sizing low. Freya and Panache both run from a 28 band, Curvy Kate from a 28, and Fantasie from a 30, so a 30F is well within range for all of them. Shock Absorber and Panache Sport cover gym wear and running at this size.

Styles That Suit a 30F

A small band with a seven inch cup wants lift and shape rather than heavy coverage. Balcony and balconette shapes give the most lift with a lower neckline, and plunge styles work well when the centre gore is narrow enough to sit flat. Push up and t-shirt styles are both stocked at this size for a smoother line under fitted tops.

Checking Your 30F Fit

The band should feel firm on the loosest hook and sit level across your back. If it rides up, the band is too big, not the cups too small. If the cups overflow, try 30FF. If they gape, try 30E. Our fitting guide and bra size calculator will confirm it before you order.
