A 34F bra fits a 34 inch underband with a seven inch difference between your underbust and the fullest part of your bust. It is one of the most common fuller cup sizes in the UK, so the choice is wide and the challenge is picking the right shape rather than finding stock at all.
Our 34F bras come from Fantasie, Freya, Panache, Elomi and Curvy Kate, in full cup, balcony, plunge, t-shirt and sports styles. If the band rides up, your sister size is 32FF. If it digs in, 36E holds the same cup volume on a bigger band.
Which Shape Suits a 34F
At a seven inch differential the cup has depth, so shape matters more than at a D or DD. Full cup gives the most coverage and the most even lift, and is the safest first choice. Side support styles bring tissue in from under the arm for a narrower, rounder profile. Plunge works well in a 34F when the centre gore is deep enough to sit flat against the sternum.
Everyday, T-Shirt and Sports
T-shirt and moulded cups give a smooth line under fitted tops without adding bulk. For running or the gym, an underwired encapsulation sports bra holds a 34F far steadier than a compression crop. Shock Absorber, Panache Sport and Freya Active all cut this size.
Checking Your 34F Fit
The band should feel firm on the loosest hook and sit level across your back, with the centre front flat against your chest. If the band is comfortable but the cups overflow, go up to 34FF. If the cups gape, come down to 34E. Our fitting guide and bra size calculator will confirm it before you order.
