A 44F bra fits a 44 inch underband with a seven inch difference between your underbust and the fullest part of your bust. At a 44 back the band does nearly all of the lifting, so the depth of the underband and the width of the side wings matter more than anything else on the bra.

Checking Your 44F Fit
