A 28FF bra fits a 28 inch underband with an eight inch difference between your underbust and the fullest part of your bust. Very few shops carry a 28 back at all, let alone with an FF cup, so the brands that do are worth knowing.
Most of our 28FF bras and lingerie come from Freya and Panache. If the band feels tight, your sister size is 30F. If the cups overflow, go up to 28G.
28FF Sports Bras
Panache and Freya both make sports bras in 28FF. A firm band is what stops a sports bra riding up, so choose the tightest hook that still feels comfortable. See all sports bras and the Freya Active range.
Freya Plunge and T-Shirt Bras
Freya makes most of the 28FF bras here, including plunge and moulded T-shirt styles cut for a narrow frame. Shop the full Freya range.
Panache Balconette and Non Wired Styles
Panache adds balconette shapes and non wired options on the same 28 band. Browse the full Panache range.
Checking Your 28FF Fit
The band should sit level around your back and feel firm on the loosest hook. The centre of the bra should lie flat against your breastbone, and if it lifts away, try the next cup up. Use our bra size calculator or the fitting guide to check your size.
